Health Awareness, Health Education

HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS:  The patient presents with the complaint of a new right visual obstruction or gray spot seen in the superotemporal visual field in her right eye only, which moves with different directions as she moves her eyes.  The patient states that this symptom began the Friday before presentation and has been stable since then.  She has no other ocular symptoms or complaints in the right eye or the left eyes.  Denies any flashes or floaters at the time that started or throughout the weekend.  No preceding trauma or anything of that nature.
